Why is it free?
We’re looking for properties with development potential. Where there’s a fit, we may propose an option to acquire your property and work towards a transaction with a developer. Any commercial proposal is separate from the free assessment. You don’t need to be ready to sell, and there’s no obligation to enter an agreement.
